Simon had a good 3-day weekend. We worked him around the baby circuit training (tummy time, swing, bumbo, bouncer, exercise gym, repeat). He really had a good time in the bumbo today and was very talkative.
Saturday morning, after his 6:00am feeding, we let mommy sleep in since Simon was wide awake. We did the usual baby circuit training and then he hung out in his Boppy bouncer just smiling and bouncing away while I made breakfast.
One of his favorite Bobby bouncer accessories is a toy we lovingly refer to as Crotch Bear. When we strap him into the bouncer, he really likes when we put this little bear-on-a-jingle-ring thing in the pouch that holds him in. See below.
This weekend, one of my friends from work, Christina, was gracious enough to bring her sweet camera over and take some candid pictures of us with Simon. We got a sneak preview this evening of pictures from her blog and we are very excited to see the rest. She did an excellent job... and she works for mums.
And here's a bonus picture of Simon enjoying his swing.
I also hear there's a rumor that pink puppy number one was spotted in the thicket on the banks of the Squaw Creek. Stay tuned for more on the search and rescue effort. At this time authorities are note ready to downgrade this to a recovery mission.
