Peek-A-Boo Tortilla!

Well, too bad Italy and the US are out of the World Cup, not that I was paying that much attention anyway. I think vuvuzelas are more annoying than any baby toy we've ever gotten.

We got some sand for Simon's turtle box and set it up in the backyard. He's aiming to be an expert scooper and it's a fun time for the whole family to hang out back there once the shade hits.

Simon's been a little pistol lately. We're phasing him into whole milk and he's at 1/2 and 1/2 right now with no major reactions. And he's picking up on the whole finger food thing, but he definitely gets persnickety sometimes and will filter through what's on his tray to eat what he likes. He spends a lot of his time being a crazy baby and doing funny things like this:

Notice that Nikki is fixed on the Cheerio container the whole time. Speaking of crazy dogs, it's funny how they eat stuff behind your back, but not right in front of your face.
